The lilac that we saved from next door last year (or was it two years ago?) gave us beautiful flowers this past spring but has, sadly, developed a bit of an infection as of late. Momma did a bit if research and says that it could be due to the wet weather, a bacterial infection, or poor drainage. I’m wondering about the latter idea. The lilac in the ground is doing quite well but this one is still in a pot due to lack of space back here. I trimmed off a large portion of the leaves and will spray with some anti fungal. Hopefully we can save it.
